I am definitely a novice at LM, and have what I know must be a very simple problem I just can't seem to get my mind around. I have created an intro animation for a site that is currently 16 secs long. It feels too long and I would like to compress the entire composition to play back in, say, 12 seconds. Is there anyway to just "select all" and shorten the entire playback length, or do I have to go through and manually move every keyframe making up the animation? So far, nothing I've thought to try moves the keyframes proportionally to one another in time, and I end up just clipping any keyframes falling after the 12 second mark. For what its worth, you can view the animation here: <http://web.uconn.edu/cac/> Many thanks, Collin
