yes i saw two timelines, a png image layer and an audio layer, they worked perfect.. just don't understand why i can't import anything.. i'm very used to after effects and prefer to do my animating their (although they aren't a million miles away).. i'll try the prefs thing (where are my prefs in osX??) cheers
