I want to build a more info request form inside of livemotion Can any me on this in the simplest way possible. 

I want it so the surfer can fill in the name , email , comment etc and the info will come to my email address. 

Hope its not a lot of programming because i dont know any yet I see one on http://www.livemotioncentral.com/tutorials/Dynamic/0003/ <http://www.livemotioncentral.com/tutorials/Dynamic/0003/> 

but i dont know cold fusion can anyone help with this
