Controlling other movies

Is there a way to control other movies that have been loaded using the "Load Movie" action? 

For example, I'm designing an entire site using LM and the navigation buttons are in the movie loaded on Level 0. When you click a button, it loads a movie on Level 1. Is there a way that I can click a button in the Level 0 movie and control the Level 1 movie?
