I have been using LM1 and so far so good. I now need to import a quicktime movie. Actually I created a file in AfterEffect which contains quicktime movies and audio so I can save this file as anything necessary I just need to import it into LiveMotion is this possible or do I need to upgrade to LM2 and then how do I do it.

Part 2 if I do upgrade but don't change all my LM1 files to LM2 will they retain thier links to one another?

Thank-you
