Thanks- If I do use LM1 and and convert my quicktime movie to .swf will it retain the audio. also how do you export from AfterEffects as a .swf file? I don't see that file option. 

Second part I do mave AfterEffect 5.5 and I am not sure what an AMX file is ....is that just an animation file?
