Then when you load a new movie, have ALL buttons in the main movie, move off the composition... Links will always work under loaded movies. So you can do a single frame animation of your buttons that when you load a movie, you change the position of your root buttons to go OFF the composition work space. This removes the buttons from the work space so your visitors can't click on them.
