Yes. Easy way to do this is to drill into the movie clip group "huh", and close the timeline of "clipboard image" and "huh" down to one frame. Step back up to "Huh's" timeline, and grab the end of the timeline while pressing the Alt key if you're on a PC, or the Option key on a MAC, so you see the little arrows with a stopwatch, and drag "Huh's" timeline down to three frames. This will also collapse the labels and keyframes, so that you will have a three frame clip with the label "home" on the first frame, "huh" on the second, and "rolloff" on the third, with the keyframe script under "rolloff". Now switch the positions of the labels "huh" and "rolloff," so "rolloff" is on the second frame and "huh" is on the third frame. Grab the keyframe script and move it to the second frame under "rolloff". "huh" should now be a single frame clip on "Huh's" timeline. Put that single frame clip on the third frame of Huh's timeline, under the label "huh" and you're done. Now "Huh" will loop between the first and second frames, and will go to the third frame and show the head turn effect only when the mouse rolls over the button.
