Hi,

I used lmc's contact form, and modified it to use for a newsletter sign up. I'm having a little trouble. Here is the html code:

I think the problem is when it goes to post it, its not connecting to the db with the id. I could be way off though. If anyone could help me, I'd really appreciate it.
