Need recommendation for Roof Contractor.

My house needs a new roof  so I would greatly appreciate
recommendations on which contracters I should / should not
consider.


Some if my concerns are:

1. Neatness (do they do a good job and pay attention to details).

2. Cleanup (do they clean up after the job is done).

3. Honesty (do they break into your house while you are gone).

4. Price


I would also appreciate hearing people's opinion about the various
types of roofs that are available (shake, tile, shingle, ...etc)
regarding looks, price, endurance, fireresistance,...etc.
