Is taking a Pagemaker postscript dump to a PDF possible?

12 years ago I was working with a great designer who finished the work on my book literally on his deathbed. It was really an act of love. He gave me a postscript dump on a CD and another CD with the text and tif files. He did it all on whatever Pagemaker version was current in 1995, but I didn't get the Pagemaker files. The book is now long out of print. I would like to know if there is a way I could take those ps files and recreate the book as an e-book for my web site. Does anyone have a suggestion? I am not a user of Pagemaker.

Do you have a copy of the book? Perhaps it would be easier to scan all its pages and start from there. Just an idea.
