The PM Config files are located in [PMDIR]\RSRC\[LANGUAGE] which on my PC is C:\Program Files\Adobe\PageMaker 7.0\RSRC\UKENGLSH

You may wish to just rename them so you can re-instate them if necessary, but new ones are created if they are absent.

Have no worries about deleting the AdobeFnt*.lst files.
