I just tried that approach, I copy pasted the file onto the desktop and it did not work, when it opened it just gave me a dialog box telling me that the file was not closed successfully the last time it was used. the file opens fine on another computer we have thats running pagemaker so I do not understand why it is getting this error. when i click no, in order to open the last successfully saved version pagemaker opens but its blank, and there is no document to view
