I am working on two publications using pagemaker 6.5. I am using windows xp. In the first publication, the text was placed into pagemaker from microsoft word files. The pages of text are all linked, meaning, if i place too much text on one page it will automatically carry over to the next page. Also if i go to the first page and click select all, all of the pages will be highlighted.
    In the second publication all of the settings are the same. The only difference is that the text was typed or pasted directly into pagemaker without placing it there. The problem is that it is not linked. Too much text overflows past the curtain at the bottom of the page instead of continuing on the next page. Also if i go to the first page and click on select all, only the first page is highlighted.

can any one help me get this 2nd pub linked?
