I am trying to open an old Pagemaker 4.0 file with Pagemaker 6.5.  When I do, I get an error message about inconsistencies being found and then Pagemaker closes. 

How can I open this file?   

I can open PM5 files but not PM4 files. 

I have owned Pagemaker since it first came out and have upgraded thru 6.5.  However, I cannot find my PM4 CD (or perhaps it was diskettes back then).  If I have to install PM4 to open this file, how can I get a copy of the software?
