The unit of measure in the PPD file is points (72 per inch). I had the same problem with a printer's PPD, and was able to edit the PPD to recognize the actual maximum length of the sheet. Leave the width value unchanged - just change the length. This is what my printer's PPD says: * MaxMediaWidth: "936" (that's 13") * MaxMediaHeight: "2556" (that's 35.5") Yours may be different (maybe "maxmeasurevalue" as Rich Beardsley suggests). No matter what, though, be sure to make a backup copy of the original PPD so you can go back if this doesn't work. Good luck!
