Adobe Products Causing Outlook crashes?

I have one user out of 100 who has Adobe programs on her desktop PC, and is the only one who experiences problems. The system is W2k SP2, with Office 2000. The Win2k and O2k Updates are current as of 5/8/02. Outlook seems to crash randomly at least twice a day, usually forcing a reboot of the PC. Nobody else is having these troubles, and the only thing that separates this user from the rest is the presence of:

Pagemaker 6.5 Photoshop 6.0 Acrobat Capture 2.0

These problems did not occur when she had Windows 98 on her machine. We built the new machine's OS carefully from scratch and the problem was with her from the start. We took a (different) brand-new OEM machine and configured it with these apps and the problem re-appeared.

There is no common factor during the crashes other than the fact that they occur while the user is reading or composing emails in Outlook.

Has anyone heard of some link between the Adobe programs and Outlook problems? Again, nobody else in the company has this problem and nobody else has these apps on their machine.
