Thanks for your very elaborate and useful comments. 

My comercial printer is very cooperative, and prefers native files too, and works very hard to restore text reflows, both when opening my file and when making imposition thru PM's Build Booklet. So he works at least twice on it. 

and JAY, 

 Is that the imagesetter and resolution that your comercial printer uses, and are you sending your fonts with the job   

1. They are not the same. 

2. Yes, I send him the fonts. But as I hinted above, we may be using different fonts with the same name.
