I supplied a newspaper-house with PM 6.5. All files are on a NT-Server, up to 20 editors are building their pages daily over the network with absolutely no problems concerning currupt files or similar. The older machines are on W9x, but the newer ones come with W2K. Up to now no effects described by you, Gail, occured. Even kerning etc. is no problem changing editing a special page on different machines. I suppose that there are mismatchings because of server-rights. Did you try to give users admin-rights and see whats happens? I often had a lot of struggle in environments with W-nt4/W2K and netware because of rights, especially while installing printer-drivers, ATM or PM itself. Often we had after hours a solution but afterwards no one could really say what the reason was. Uwe
