Joanne, How Windows and Pagemaker is installed can make a big difference with Pagemaker. You can make PM 6.5 work fine with Windows 2000, but 7.0 will be much easier. Look here: http://www.atlantictechsolutions.com/pmfaq1.html <http://www.atlantictechsolutions.com/pmfaq1.html> for all the setup info to maximize performance and stability with either version. There are a lot of variables, services running, device drivers etc. The first section of the FAQ is all about hardware and how to setup Windows 2000, which is not optimized for DTP by default. I find PM to actually run much faster on Windows 2000 than the typical Mac see, but its like judging apples and oranges. HTH, Peter
