Along with Rich's advice which is very sage. An application crash as described above is indicative of a hardware problem AND probably a corrupted registry or system files. Best bet is to back up, reformat, reinstall from scratch and then follow the advice in the FAQ's about Pagemaker and Windows 2000. After this, if there are similar problems, you need to have the hardware looked at. HTH, Peter
