To Bob, I have been substituting Times for quotes and whatever other punctuation marks don't display correctly. That is a hassle in some of my university books that are heavy in text. To Samuel, Evidently not! I checked the Character Map and found that the entire row contained odd characters instead of the expected symbols. Most of them look like greek letters. I think I will give up on these font families and inform affected schools that they need to select a different font. Thanks for all your help.
