Lost Formatting in Data Merge

I have a PageMaker file that is linked to a CSV file. In the preview, everything looks great. However, when I merged the data, the resulting file lost all its formatting (fonts, indents, etc.). I've never had this happen before so I'm not sure if I'm completely overlooking something simple or what.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!
