Help! I have a book made up of publications (sections). Only one of the publications has the Master Pages and Styles that I want to apply to all of the sections (the entire book). When I make the book (i.e. Utilities>Book and follow the procedure to make a book and copy all the styles over, the styles transfer, I can make a TOC with no problems, etc, but Master Page Styles do not copy over. Is there any way to copy over Page Master Styles from one document to another document? I am fresh out of ideas. Thanks so much!
