Colour PDF graphics print with sepia overlay

I am generating PDF from FrameMaker 7.0p578 (on XP Professional 2002 sp1) using the distiller supplied (v 5.05)

I am trying to generate small PDF files for viewing and low quality printing only.

I have various embedded graphics (eps - high quality, jpg - 200 dpi) that print from Acrobat Reader with a sepia coloured overlay instead of white. This only happens when I have used the supplied distiller job options - ebook, print, screen. When I print using job options supplied by my print company (for high quality printing), the graphics print as they should.

Viewing on the screen is also OK, - no sepia - it is only printing that is a problem.

I am printing on an HP LaserJet 4500-PS - 600 dpi, colour printer, also on an Epson Stylus Photo 890 colour inkjet printer.

I guess I need to change the job options, but don't know which ones.
