I have a document that requires a digital signature; however, when the user goes to sign the document nothing happens. When I open the document on my end it opens fine. I created the document using 7.0 Pro and the user is trying to sign the document using 6.0 Standard. The user has signed a document before and there were no problems. Now the user is unable to sign it. The user has a signature and I have their certificate. Can't figure this one out, and cannot find any help on-line.

Please help if you have had this problem before or know how to fix it.

Thank you.
