(Mac) Acrobat 6 - My computer had a complete re-install, and now I can't make a pdf.

I need to make watched folders but I don't have the watched folder option (&#63743;-F) when I open the settings. What do I do to get the watched folder? Command "F" does not work/Apply.

How do I get the setting?
