I would like to know if a raw file contains the individual sensor element data from each sensor site or if it contains the �raw� RGB pixel data from each sensor site. I do understand that different sensors have a different numbers of elements at each site. Examples are Bayer (4=most), tri-linear (3=D1X), Foveon (3), and Fuji (4=S2, 5=S3). Either would have to be after the camera�s analogue to digital transforms. I would appreciate an authoritative answer. Thanks in advance.
