I haven't time to experiment right now so I'm not sure why that is not working. I generally use SaveAs rather than Save and I'm pretty sure that SaveAs should simply overwrite the existing file without a dialog if you pass the existing file name as an argument with dialogs set to none.

However, If you don't mind closing the document at the same time, then a surefire way to save without a dialog is as follows (in VB):

Dim saveOptionsRef As Photoshop.PsSaveOptions

saveOptionsRef = Photoshop.PsSaveOptions.psSaveChanges
docRef.Close(saveOptionsRef)
