I can't offer any specific help, but I notice that imageRef is used in two places and ImageRef in other places. Is the language case sensitive? Also .v, which I'm assuming means vertical, is being used for the width index. This may not be what you intended. Also, is there a way to check the return value from CreateBitmap to verify that it succeeded?
