It's not the I or i problem. In my real code i have m_pImageRef, and when I changed it for this I made the this mistake.
I did change the vertical v with the j value and horizontal h with the i value.
The result from CreateBitmap is not NULL show this meen that CreateBitmap() call was succesfully.

But, it still not showing the rectabgle with the color (100,100,100);
