You want to make 100 Targa files, each consisting of one of the text layers merged with the background?

I don't know if this is the easiest or most efficient way to do it, but here's one approach that could work.

Loop through all the ArtLayers, marking all of them not visible unless the isBackGroundLayer property is true.

Then loop through all the layers, doing the following:
If the layer is the background, do nothing.
Otherwise, set layer to visible, duplicate document, flatten new document, save it as Targa, delete new document, set layer to not visible.

This would be about a forty minute job for someone comfortable with PS scripting, but it could take you quite a while to get it working if you're new to scripting. I hope someone can offer a simpler approach.
