It seems to work fine if I replace:

var saveFile = decodeURI(selectedFolder).replace(selectedFolder.parent,'');
saveFile = new File(selectedFolder+saveFile+'.png');

with simply:

selectedFolder = Folder.selectDialog( "Please select input folder");
