I have tons of Postscript files to convert to PDf using distiller;
but my users want all the "see on page xx-yy" sentences along with the
TOCs and Index page references converted into PDF links (at least the
page number). I think I should insert pdfmarks in the PS, but I really
don't know how to do it, being absolutely ignorant in the PS language.
On a Un!x platform, I would like to write a shell script to create the
links automatically.
Can someone help?
