Hi Kumar,

The Kb average for only one Type 1 font in plain PS code is 60Kb (aprox). Then, for 500 fonts you need aprox. 30 Mb RAM/HD printer storage. For a Type 1 CFF fonts (currently before TTF fonts) this amount decreases in some cases 25/30%.

I suggest you two solutions:

A.
1. Create your PS font file collection for download (in only one or several files).
2. Donwload first the whole 500 fonts inside the printer (RAM/HD) memory
3. Print your .PS daily pages

B.
1. Create your individual PS font files collection for download (one file for each font).
2. Create a dynamic PS Applet call for scan each .PS daily file to print, search the fonts needed and download/print them dinamically.

We have some utilities in this direction (scan/extract T1 fonts inside PS files), if you need any support.
