Thank you very much Anadi. 

1) Convert JPG to EPS - I found a tool 'ImageMagick' and I have coverted JPG to EPS using this tool. However, it's created file which contain PS program with hexadecimal data and it's too big. So, do I need to create a PROC using this EPS code in my PS file (which creates report) to position particular location. Is that the way it works ? (or) Is there any way I can call this EPS file into my PS file. Please advice me. 

I will be working fonts once I achieve this. 

I really appreciate if could respond to this.
