Thanks a lot for your suggestion. 
By using JobPatchFile, it did insert postscript code in the "Prolog" section, and before %%Page: 1 1. 

But the halftone doesn't work. I think something wrong with my codes. 
Here are the codes I insert: 
<< 
/HalftoneType 6 
/Width 16 
/Height 8 
/Thresholds currentfile /ASCIIHexDecode filter 
 >> sethalftone 

If I move these codes after %%Page: 1 1, 
then the halftone does apply. 
What else I should do to make it work.
