I called support and they are saying that the file is corrupt. 

And I probably am going to agree because it will print on PCL 3 but not 5 or PS. 

And other docs print just fine. 
I guess I'm just going to have to try and redo the whole thing... 

(I did make a new doc, copy/paste everything over) but I still got the same problem.
