It took me half a year of wrangling to get my PPD file for another printer. Finally I turned to a customer protection authority. They were prepared to sue the company on my behalf for the price of a PC, what I needed to control the printer since the CD that came with the printer contained only PC and Mac stuff. Suddenly, I got my PPD file and now I know how to pick up paper from this casette or the other. Why the heck was this a secret? Someone said that "Stupidity is an elemental force that no earthquake can match". Miklos
