Helge, I have Acrobat-Distiller 9 Pro on Mac Leopard. 1) If I use Distiller directly, it will show "pstack flush" messages as well as error messages in its own window. 2) If I use Distiller via Acrobat and there are no problems, I can't see "pstack flush" messages at all. 3) If I use Distiller via Acrobat and there is a problem, I get error messages AND "pstack flush" messages in a TextEdit window. Its header tells me about a log file but I can't find the logfile. Perhaps I am too new to Acrobat 9, and need some experimenting with its setup. Miklos
