I will assume by the context of your posting that you are attempting to print a multiple paper size (letter and legal), multiple page PDF file via Acrobat to an Adobe PostScript printer. I have just tested this with such a PDF file from Acrobat 7 Pro to two printers, a Hewlett Packard LaserJet 5M (Adobe PostScript Level 2 circa 1995) and a Xerox Phaser 7300 (Adobe PostScript 3). In both cases, the letter size pages print on letter paper and the legal size pages print on legal paper. Make sure though that in your print dialog from Acrobat, you set paper scaling to none as opposed to fit to printer margins or reduce to printer margins since either of those two options would override the choose paper source by PDF page size option. If it still doesn't work, you should contact the manufacturer of your printer to ascertain whether they have a fix. In the case of Adobe PostScript implementations, we do provide the capability in the code provided to our OEMs. You may have caught a situation in which our OEM's own code is a problem, in which case they must provide a fix. - Dov
