Hi everybody,

There was never any specification for mixing-and-matching of PostScript
      with PDF

In order to add more thoughts on this topic and defend --with real experience-- that the PostScript language level 3 is the *naturally language* to manage PDF files friendly; we have being working during a long time on this line, lots of our tools and parsers developed till now demonstrate:

1. 100% of the PDF DNA structure obeis the PostScript spirit.

2. A great number of artifacts and PDF objects (some object fonts, filters, dicts, etc) are directly executables inside the interpreter.

3. Manage the portions or the whole PDF file structure with the PS environment offers an easy and multiplatform opportunity to handle the Portable Document Format with naturality.

I hope my explanation will be clear and useful to you,
