Thanks Thomas,

Using forms has been mentioned. I am going to read up on them as soon as I get a chance.

We have illustrator so I dont think it will be a problem creating the common part just need to know how to merge it, and I guess that is what forms are all about.

If you know of any tutorials on this let me know
