Interesting...ended up sending to our pre-press provider. They were able to rasterize for me - and all they did was take it into photoshop though on a Mac g4 and I'm on a HT P4 2.8...One for the Mac side I guess....though one of the four files they still couldn't rasterize or distill (it worked in Ghostscript and the HP5000ps RIP).

Ain't technology wonderful....
