Hi,

I'm using a hylafax linux server which is using postscript files from the
clients to send their faxes. Now, I just want to add a water-mark 'faxed'
to this document before returning it to the client via email.

Is it possible to add a water-mark to this file ?
Is their a tool for it ?

Thx,
Miguel

If you feel tough enough to do a little bit PostScript programming, it
can be done
by adding the watermark using the BeginPage or EndPage procedure in the
page device
dictionary. As an example look inti the PPDs for recent HP PostScript
printers
which usually offer such a feature.

If all that sounds like a marsian dialoct to you, perhaps consider
installing CUPS
as your printing system on the linux server. CUPS offers something like
a watermark
(as the page-label option).
