(1)My problem is that when i use the comptablity of version 3 to distill the Post-script file it shows page number in the thumbnails view starting from page 1. But if i use the compatiblity of distiller version 4.0 it starts page number from 0. 
(2)What is the commend to generate Thumbnails in PDF file.Also how to set the starting page of a thumbnail page number.
