Fit printout to pagesize

Hi. Is there any way to fit the print to the pagesize?

For example.

In quark you make an new document with size ISO A4.
You fill it with stuff and then you wish to print it.
In printer setup you choose pagesize ISO A3 instead.
Normally when printing, the A4 document will be printed in the top corner and be in the size of A4 (not filling the whole page), but is there any way to tell it to "scale/Stretch" the A4 document so that it fills the whole A3 page?
