Do you fully understand the difference between an EPS file and a
printable file, and do you know for sure which one you are making?
If you are making EPS do you have the EPS and DSC Specifications?

Not DCS (Desktop Color Separation). DSC (Document Structuring
Convention). It is pretty confusing. All EPS files must be DSC files.

So, do you have the EPS and DSC specifications?

No. I don't have de specifications.
I wan't to make a EPS file for use in my process control of of my CTP. The EPS must be contain 6" per ,5" of diameters.
That is possible?

PS: You speak Portugues?

That is your next step. You will need both of the DSC and EPS
specifications. These are technotes 5001 and 5002, on
http://partners.adobe.com/asn/tech/ps/technotes.jsp .

Once you have them, we can start to talk about entries in those
documents.

The key thing you will need is a BoundingBox line, but see the EPS
specification first.

Sorry, I have that fault common in English speakers, of speaking
nothing else.

Unless you have a separate bitmap available, you need a full
PostScript interpreter to make a bitmap, then you would need to
combine the preview with the raw PostScript code.

You could probably use GhostScript.
