Fonts distorted

Hello,
sorry for my English, but I did not find a German-speaking Newsgroup
regarding Postscript. Maybe a tip for that?

I have an EPS-file created in Indesign. In this EPS-file "A" is a second
EPS-file "B" from a customer.
If I send the EPS-file "A" to different interpreters, one interpretes it
correct, the other one does not.
If I send the EPS-file "B" alone to any interpreter it always works right.

The error is, that all fonts, embedded in then EPS-file "B" are kursiv
distorted (no postscript-error appears).

Since I started to learn postscript, I experimented a lot and figured out:
In the Indesign-code there are some procedures:

%%+ procset Adobe_AGM_PgMarks (1.0 0)
%%+ procset Adobe_AGM_Image (1.0 0)
%%+ procset Adobe_CoolType_Utility_MAKEOCF (1.14 0)
%%+ procset Adobe_CoolType_Core (2.18 0)
%%+ procset Adobe_AGM_Core (2.0 0)
%%+ procset Adobe_AGM_Utils (1.0 0)
%%+ procset Altsys_header (4.0 0)

Maybe this has to do something with the error.

I found this part in the EPS "B"-Code:
100 160 moveto
/|______Interstate-Regular findfont [8 0 0 -8 0 0] makefont setfont
(Hallo) show

If I delete the "|______" in front of the font-name the font appears
correctly.
What is the sence of "|______"? Why is it added to the font-name?

It seems, as if there are two fonts defined:
|______Interstate-Regular and Interstate-Regular, one kursiv (335,5 ) one
not.

But Distiller interpretes the EPS-file "B" correct and some other
interpreters do not.

Anybody an idea about that?

Does anybody know a good Postscriptlanguage-book? Or a good description in
the Internet? In German ;-)

Regards,
Franz
