There is no native support in PostScript for OpenType fonts. Perhaps in the future, but let's not bank on that. So my question is, has anyone written a PostScript procedure library for "unwrapping" what I call a "OpenType-wrapped Type1 font" to a "real" Type 1 font? I don't care, at this point, about TrueType-flavored fonts. Of course I know Adobe has... but I'm talking about native PostScript code. Something that takes an OpenType font and leaves a Type 1 or Type 3 font on the stack. Regards, Thomas D. Greer
